What is Fit2SpeedDate?

A revolutionary NEW group fitness fusion class that combines circuit training and speed dating. Connect with the opposite sex through friendly endurance competitions, strength challenges and partner assisted stretches. WATCH THE VIDEO!

How Does Fit2SpeedDate work?

During the session, the group fitness studio will be divided into 10 partner training stations. Each station will also include a witty ice breaker question to help spark conversation and add to the fun. Fit2SpeedDate goes beyond breaking a sweat; it could lead to a healthy relationship!
